Returns & Cancellation

We are anxious about every shopping experience that our customer makes and so we struggle hard to keep our services at par with your satisfaction level. Before unexpected happenings of your unsatisfied online shopping of products, we request you to please understand the process and be conscious before shopping.

    RETURNS

    We gladly accept returns and exchanges

    • Request return within : 7 days of delivery
    • Ship items back within : 3 days of return request and provide us return package tracking number

     

    The following items can't be returned or returned

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Items on sale

     

    Conditions of Return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Return Process :

    • Request return within 7 days of delivery via Contact us or email at fashiondeal.in@gmail.com with your order number. Return requests after 7 days will not be accepted. 
    • We check all the products before dispatch however If the product comes damaged kindly email product damaged part photos to fashiondeal.in@gmail.com within 2 days. However, they should be unused, and unwashed with all original tags and with the original packaging. 
    • Once the return request is approved by customer support customers have to ship products back to the seller's address themselves within 7 days to complete the return process.

    REFUNDS

    • Once the seller gets your returned product back. They will inspect the product for the same condition they sent.
    • We refund the order amount via Store credit with lifetime validity. which can be used for the next purchase at any time.
    • You can pay via store credit at checkout to place new order

     

    CANCELLATIONS

    In case you want to cancel your order placed with us, kindly mail us at fashiondeal.in@gmail.com with order number and inform us about the same. if you already paid via online payment ( prepaid ) for the order. The refund will be initiated to source of payment for your cancelled order. We will be able to cancel the order only if it has not been shipped or processed for shipping.

     

    In case of single or multiple products ordered, if delivery is not possible for a certain product, the customer will be requested to select an alternate item or if the customer doesn't want to do so, he/she will be refunded ASAP against the non-delivered product.

     

    DELIVERY

    Mostly we dispatch all shipments on the same day or second day. It takes somewhere between 4-7 business days to deliver the product in INDIA. However, in exceptional cases, it can take up to 10 business days. For international orders, it takes 15 - 20 business days. Sometimes it takes a few more days than our estimated days.

     

    Our courier agent will contact you a maximum of 3 times for delivery. If the courier agent anyhow couldn't contact you, due to reasons like, the house being found locked, wrong or incomplete address, or unclaimed or refused delivery, then the merchandise may be returned to us and the shipment may be late for delivery.

     

    DISCLAIMER

    There may be minor variations in the color of the actual product from the displayed image on the website. The color variation depends on the different monitors used, the setting, and the lighting conditions during modeling photography. The product tends to reflect different shades of color under different lights used for photography. The item color depicted should only be used as an approximate guide. We hope that customers understand this and keep in mind all these things about color variation while ordering. Product original material pictures are also part of the product description so check them before ordering. Also, some products may have the main image as a reference for design please find real material and work pictures attached on the product page if not available there. you can ask us directly for material and work pictures. All the legal cases will be treated in only the Surat jurisdiction court.

     

    We request you to be extra alert if the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the quantity of the items with the invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery and also lodge a proper complaint with the local courier office or mail us with proof of delivery at fashiondeal.in@gmail.com
