Returns & Cancellation
We are anxious about every shopping experience that our customer makes and so we struggle hard to keep our services at par with your satisfaction level. Before unexpected happenings of your unsatisfied online shopping of products we request you to please understand the process and be-conscious before shopping.
We request you to be extra alert if the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery and also lodge proper complaint with local courier office, or mail us with proof of delivery at [email protected]
For customer satisfaction we allow 7 days return if the product is not as described. Product original material pictures are also part of product description so check it before order because minor variation is possible. We check all the products before dispatch however If product comes damaged kindly mail product damaged part photos to [email protected] within 2 days. However they should be unused, unwashed with all original tags and with original packaging. You cannot return the stitched and discounted products in any case. Currently we are not providing return pickup service hence Customers have to ship product back to the seller themselves within 7 days to complete return process. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted. ( We refund 100 store credit for shipping product back to the seller ). We do not accept Returns for international Orders.
Once your return is approved by our support team and seller get your returned order back. we will inspect the product for the same condition we sent. If all is okay we process further for replacement or refund. In the case of refund we refund the order amount as Store Credit which can be used for next purchase at anytime. Store credit amount will be deducted automatically from the next order. We do not refund in bank accounts for returned orders.
In case you want to cancel your order placed with us, kindly mail us at [email protected] and inform us about the same or login to your fashiondeal account and visit the order page and use the cancel button to cancel order. if you already paid via online payment ( prepaid ) for the order. The refund will be initiated back to the origin source of payment for your cancelled order. Transaction charges may be levied from the refund amount. We will be able to cancel the order only if it has not been shipped or processed for shipping.
In case of single or multiple product ordered, if delivery is not possible for certain product, customer will be requested to select alternate item or if customer don't want to do so, he/she will be refunded ASAP against not delivered product.
Mostly we dispatch all shipments the same day or second day. It takes somewhere between 4-7 business days to deliver product in INDIA. However, in exceptional cases it can take up to 10 business days. For international Order it takes 15 - 20 business days. Sometimes it takes few more days than our estimated days.
Our courier agent will contact you maximum 3 times for delivery. If the courier agent anyhow couldn't contact you, due to the reasons like, house found locked, wrong or incomplete address or unclaimed or refused delivery, then the merchandise may be returned back to us and the shipment may be late to delivery.
There may be minor variation in color of the actual product from the displayed image in the website. The variation in color depends on the different monitors used, setting and lighting condition during modeling photography. The product has a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different lights used for photography. The item color depicted should only be used as an approximate guide. We hope that customers understand this and keep in mind all these things about color variation while ordering. Also some products may have the main image as reference for design please find real material and work pictures attached on product page if not available there. you can ask us directly for material and work pictures.
